What we design, deliver and support.
Four ICT lines, delivered end to end — from the survey and specification through to installation, handover and ongoing contact.
-
Network infrastructure & wireless
Design, supply and installation of wired and wireless network infrastructure — switching, routing, structured cabling and wireless coverage for offices, campuses and multi-site organisations. We survey the site, specify the equipment against the requirement, install it, and hand over documented configuration.

Security, surveillance & ELV
CCTV, access control and extra-low-voltage systems, specified for the site and integrated with the network rather than run as an isolated island. Camera placement, recording and storage sizing, and the network capacity to carry it are treated as one design problem.

Software products
RAMA develops and sells two of its own systems for the education sector: a learning management system and a school management system. These are products rather than one-off builds — deployed, configured to the institution, and supported afterwards, with staff training as part of the handover.

Custom software development
Where an off-the-shelf product does not fit the requirement, we build to a written specification and hand over the result documented. We also supply and license business software.

ICT hardware supply
End-user and infrastructure equipment sourced through authorised distribution — laptops, desktops, servers, switches, routers, racks, UPS and surveillance hardware. Supplied on its own, or as part of an installed system.
- End-user devices
- Servers & storage
- Networking equipment
- Racks & power
See the Products page for the categories we supply.

Support & managed services
Systems we install can be covered by an ongoing maintenance contract rather than left to fend for themselves. That covers break/fix on what we installed, scheduled maintenance, and remote monitoring and management so faults are found before they are reported.
Response times are agreed in the contract and set against what the system actually needs — we would rather commit to a target we can meet than publish one we cannot.

- Maintenance contracts
- Agreed response times
- Remote monitoring & management
The same sequence, whatever the size of the job.
- 01
Requirement and site survey
We establish what the system has to do, and look at the site rather than quoting from a drawing alone.
- 02
Specification and quotation
A written specification with the equipment named, so the quotation can be compared properly against others.
- 03
Supply
Equipment sourced through authorised distribution channels, so warranty and firmware support apply.
- 04
Installation and configuration
Installed and configured by RAMA, with the work carried out to the agreed specification.
- 05
Handover and documentation
You receive a record of what was installed and how it is configured, not just a delivery note.
- 06
Ongoing contact
Where RAMA supplies, RAMA stays the point of contact for support and for warranty escalation.
Tell us what you need to build.
Send us a requirement, a drawing or a bill of quantities and we will come back with a specification and a quotation.
