Equipment bought outside authorised channels can arrive cheaper and then cost more: warranty claims refused, firmware and security updates unavailable, and no route to escalate a fault to the manufacturer.
RAMA sources through authorised distribution so that the warranty attached to the equipment is the one you can actually use.
Supply, or supply and install.
You can buy equipment from us on its own. Where the equipment is part of a network, surveillance or ELV system, we would usually rather specify and install it, because most of the faults we are called to are installation faults rather than equipment faults.
